I've got to disagree. The last minute of this piece is some of the most expressive guitar ever, period. In the few months I've heard of him, Guthrie has already influenced my playing and musical thinking more than a lot of my long time faves.

And lest we forget that Guthrie is not going to hype himself endlessly or do all manner of silly stage antics for attention. There isn't any spandex or makeup here. Just a guy and his passion for music. I just wish I could see him on G3 or touring with Andy Timmons and the like. That would be all the exposure he needs in my opinion.
