We hope you are well and sorry for the delayed reply - we have been away :) Ok, the official Samsung answer is to pop to a service centre and they can do it from there however apparently - we have not tested this - there is a piece of software called multiloader that allows you access to the phon

I DID MY HOMEWORK ON THIS PHONE. It is a good touch screen phone. Nice keypad, excellent camera and flash. Only down side are that it is not Apple Mac compatible except for bluetooth. Hopefully Samsung will correct this with its future phones. Overall a nice Camera-Phone and not a bad alternative to the iPhone. WELL DONE SAMSUNG!

Thanks for commenting! To change your message alert tone do the following: Menu > Settings > Phone Profiles > Edit > Tap the message envelope - at the top > Message Alert tone > Change > Use my alert tone > Sounds/Memory card > Select your tune :)
