I swear this guy does not get the point of any thing. No one who makes the content makes these choices. Its lawyers i think he is a head case good luck finding kleenex boxes that fit your feet. this copyright thing it's bullshit! Viacom is stupid! you can't stop all the persons in the world and don't allow them to view videos that already passed on TV! Because always will be more and more persons that will upload videos like this, if youtube allows censorship, just home-made movies will be avaliable to view, no more music from good artists, no more movies, etcetera, and then, as result of all censorship, youtube will lost the number of members
