I just watched several clips of Tracy on other talk shows, and he was still crazy, but sober. He's trippin....no doubt about it. Look at his eyes and how he stumbles over his words. He's not like that on the Kimmel shows.

MNlawmoose: Dude, please change your sensationalistic title (Tracy Morgan wasted on David Letterman) as Tracy Morgan is conscious of his behaviour. He does a similar routine -- the suspicious look at the audience; asking "DL" to repeat himself -- that he did on Kimmel, only more amped to keep it fresh. Oh, why bother.
