Sadly? They are there own band. I much rather pepople sound a little different then too much alike. But yeah this song reminds me of Tool a little bit especially the quiver in some of the softer vocals to blatant agressive spats of shouting. Though the intense vocals here are more thickened then Keenans. A little more throaty if you know what I mean.
