None so far from a fight. Only one person died in a sanctioned fight and it was due to a pre existing condition. I think one person also died in a non santioned fight somewhere in eastern Europe(can't remember where). Also as far as I know was from a Pre existing condition. Also one guy died training. In the same way you here of High School kids dieing at football practice. Nothing MMA related.
