most people pull the lower lid down, but if u put pressure just above the lower eye bone then it make the line a lot easier to line. if it goes on the lash line just fix it w/ a qtip

i heard that liquid liner stays on longer. i had a friend who had her eyeliner on from 6 am till 1 am, and it didn't smudge or anything! and it was in southeast asia (very humid!!)
