Condi is a tool of the Necons and the Industrial-Military Complex that thrives on War and Intrigue. This whole issue of Nuclear Armaments is a big Joke... everybody knows that Israel has a small nuclear arsenal and one of their main export is all kinds of weapons but you don't see us telling them to get rid of THEIR nuclear weapons or to stop selling arms. Actually the U.S. is more concerned with Iran's weapons program. If you would bother to do some reading, you would know that the United States top priority in Iran is dealing with their nuclear program. If Iran acquired nukes(no, they don't have a working bomb yet) it would be a gigantic problem for stability in the Middle East.
